Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Sunburn without creating an account.


I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, CLICK HERE to change it or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.


Which size should I choose?

Click on the size guide in the footer or on each product listings page to find out the measurements of each garment type to determine your correct size.


How do I know if an item is in stock?

Check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will have an (Out Of Stock) next to the size. To be notified as to when the item is re-stocked, select the colour & size and add your email into the ‘Subscribe for restock notification’ box.


I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

Yes, items do get re-stocked. This depends on availability. If you wish to subscribe to receive a notification as to when the item does come back into stock, select the colour & size that you require and enter your email into the notification box that will appear under the size drop down. You will them be sent an email when this item is restocked. If you require further assistance, contact customer service at enquries@sunburn.com.au or 1300 575 620 to further enquire about product availability.


What payment methods does Sunburn Swimwear accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and payments via Paypal. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method.


Is it safe to use my credit card online at Sunburn Swimwear?

We deliver to PO Boxes within Australia only.
